I just hit over 450 miles on a tank for the first time. This came as the third consecutive tank over 400 miles (444, 405, and then 451.6). I don't try to overfill the tank, tho lately I've added gas to the next $x.00 amount.

On this past tank, I knew I was in good shape because I'd reached over 270 miles before the 4th click disappeared. This last few days, I'd also had fantastic weather (low wind, warm days that didn't require either the AC or the heater).

Over the past 6 tanks, I've averaged 48.0 MPG, with 49.5 MPG over the past 3 tankfuls. 6 of my previous 10 tanks have been for over 400 miles.

I attribute the big upsurge to the change in the weather. It's nigh on impossible to achieve mileage like this in cold weather, and it's pretty hard, too, when the temps his 85+, but right now I'm loving it!

You disgust me! <just kidding>

I'll never top your hypermiler stats. I'm pleased as punch to top the EPA estimate by 2 MPG.

Congratulations! Pretty nifty unicycle.
