Hmmmmm, those are great questions - before buying. You can download the owners manual from smart USA and put in a new battery. Then see if you have any OBD codes that point to the fuel delivery issues. Good Luck...

A Smartfor two followed me home. Now what do I do? It has fuel delivery problems and no owner's manual. Plus battery is bad.
