Recently I hit a deer with a 2009 coupe, when highway patrol showed up the window would not roll down. When I fixed everything with the body I tried both windows and the driver side still wont work but the passenger side does. I also hear a clicking sound when I use the switch. I took off the door panel and checked the pulleys for the windowsl and everything looks to be on track and nothing looks bent.

For reference I attached a picture of the car after I hit the deer

When I was working on the body I had to remove the wiper arms to remove the front core support and I dont know if that may have caused anything.

The wiring harness for the doors is routed through the left and right sides of the car into a bulky connector that’s just above the side marker lights. There is a distinct possibility that the wiring harness and/or connector were damaged or dislodged in the impact.

If you remove the side marker lights and the front panel (includes the front grille) that wraps around the car, you will see them. Removing the panel is not as it seems. There are excellent instructions on Evilution.
