alloy wheels direct look nice but that's a lot of money.

i have emailed the chinese company and told them there were a lot of potential buyers here in America but it was absurd to have to buy a 100 wheels to get the good price and that is preposterous

Details, Details, Details. Those pesky details.

Terry, Because of your limited funds why don't just stay with what has been proven by thousands of smart owners around the world and stick with what Mercedes engineers designed as a proven, safe system that works?
You don't think the engineers designed the car with two different wheels and tires, just for fun?

hey Jo, you do have a point about the wheels but I would like to make the ride a little better and be able to rotate tires. I just don't like feeling every nook and cranny in the road with smaller tires. looks like i will be keeping the same wheels and going with matching tires now that someone told me about Walmart brand. with running 165/65 and 195/55 i will have "zero" difference in stagger and it should handle/ride better. I will paint the wheels to match and clear coat them so it should look nice.

for anyone that would like to do that first you spray (after thoroughly cleaning them) an adhesive promoter, then a coat of primer followed by your color coat and then a clear coat. you can get all the paint at automotivetouchup.com (automotive quality paint with catalyst in spray cans)

I have done this to a lot of my motorcycles and a few car wheels.....really looks custom
