Bought a set of Aluminum paddle shifters off of ebay and installed them today. They were only $30 and I'm really impressed. the machining is top notch and the fit is perfect. They snap over the existing paddles and then are held on tightly with some little set screws. They'll make finding the shifters while turning a bit easier for sure along with looking great!

I've had them on mine for a couple of years but found that the set screws were not enough to keep them on . I ended up using a dab of gorilla glue on the mating surface along with the set screws and haven't had any more trouble. I do like them and would recommend them.
