Can't tell from the pictures, but looking towards the top it looks like it was not made with a high enough arc.
Am I ocd or is this off

Looks like the arc is uniform with the number scale imprint. There is a bit more of a gap at top, but as long as it reads correctly then I don't see an issue.
If you are OCD, so am I, it does not look perfect to me.
It just looks like the 0 is a hair higher than the 100

In all likelihood, it's probably even and just an illusion.
It looks higher, but you also took the picture from the left side, not straight on. And without you mentioning what was wrong, I couldn't see it.
