Performance Chip/Plug

Does this actually do anything? Will it mess up the computer? If you unplug it will the computer go back to "normal" with no damage?

It's for a 450 so it won't do whatever it does on your 451.

Well I have tried practically All the Performance plugs/adapter/chips out there and nothing ever hurt the computer or ECU. This Thunderbolt is/was the best one as far as claiming what it will do for you and your car together. I left it in for about six weeks and took it out and it did fashion the car the way I wanted and also to my driving style. I would say my 450 is the fastest one around that hasn't involved some invasive procedures like taking the engine apart and doing this to it to hop it up.
Again, the plug doesn't hurt the car at all. This one has been out for almost a year and I use the car everyday. Now keep in mind that this one is for a 450 model.
