Many of the SMART ED are now entering their fourth year, and I'm wondering if any of you have had your battery either repaired or replaced under BAP?

Note that in this case, the whole battery pack was replaced only becasue of a bad connector (possibly damaged by the service tech?), or an internal relay or PC board - not the battery cells themselves.

Yeah, I still don't have my car back yet. They had to ship it over from Germany so I'm still waiting. This was under the factory warranty and not the BAP. I bought my Smart used from either a lease turn in or from being sold out right. Either way, I'm not on the BAP.
