I Called Santa Fe towing service about their truck. The Truck number was 132. I surprise I can remember that. They told me their not liable. Told me to contact my insurance company. I called the Kansas Highway patrol. They told me the same thing. Take it up with my insurance company. Rocks, and debris, fly off vehicles all the time, hit cars.I would think insurance should cover it, or at least the company that owned the truck. If it came off the truck, that would be considered an unsecured load by the law enforcement types...
