Hey guys, my battery stopped taking a charge with the car on. Just prior to this happening, I did an oil change, and may have dripped some oil over the block while siphoning it from the dipstick tube (procedure for a lack of drain plug).
I checked the alternator and belt, both were bone dry. Is there an electrical component that I may have killed during the oil change that could be causing the lack of charging other than the alternator?
These alternators are expensive and a process to replace, so I'm making sure that the culprit isn't something stupid like a relay. Thanks In advance
