I recently installed the BMS Motor Mount on my 2009 Smart Passion and so far it's pretty great. The car is a little rougher at idle, but lurches less through shifting.

However, if I press the gas a little hard from a stop, I now hear a very quick "grinding" noise. Almost like something is scraping on the ground, but I'm not sure. I don't see any visible damage underneath the car, so I'm concerned it might be internal.

Has anyone else with a aftermarket motor mount experienced this?

- My Stage 3 (SOLID Rubber) Homebrew mount has caused my belts to squeal and some metal thing to rattle like crazy.
- Stage 2 (Softer Solid Rubber) is much more well behaved.
- Stage 1 (Soft Rubber) is less stiff than stock.

I had a Stage 4 in the works (Polyurethane), but considering what Stage 3 did, I cancelled it.
