Your owner's manual tells you the emergency opening procedure to open the rear hatch. I believe there is also some U-tube videos on the subject. Evilution.com smart Car Encylopedia and FQ101 will probably also cover this topic. You have to pay a modest subscription price to get access to Evilution.
