SWORD??? What in the world is going on over there in LA ??:jawdrop:
Must be that In 'N Out. :D

I recently saw a convertible top riddled with bullet holes...I don't even want to know.

A good friend of mine has a business where he takes a regular car and "bulletproofs" it for clients.

Looks like a regular, average car (sort of) but is "up armored".

One of his clients asked him to do a full armor job on a personal vehicle.
It was a MB SL 550 CONVERTIBLE?

The client didn't want the fabric top touched?

So, what was the point? My friend did what he does (the customer is always right?) and the customer drove away happy.

I can't see why anyone would want to go armouring up a sporty vehicle. You'll ruin pretty much any sporting characteristics of it. You're adding weight, messing with weight distribution, possibly changing suspension and wheel components, and possibly changing the centre of gravity too.

Well 30 pounds of recycled plastic provides little protection from The Mob.

After all, you and Tucker have proof!

Poor Tucker has been the recipient of violence too many times. Paintballed 3 times, shot once, nearly tipped once, hit in a parking lot...at least with that last one, the bumper spikes saved the day and the car didn't get damaged. :D
