if i remove the rear wheel does the drum just pull off like american cars or do i need a puller or something else?

There is a threaded hole that you can run a bolt in and it pushes against the axle flange to press the drum off. I could be wrong, but there might be a screw holding the drum on too. i is threaded into the flange and not the drum
