Hello, I got p0805 (clutch actuator fault) and I bought a new one from ebay.

At first, neither moved. Then I fiddled with the connector and broke the locks. Also broke the tiny rubber boots that protect the terminals from water.

Afterwards, actuation was successful (I'm using mb star). However, I don't trust the wiring and i'm not much of a mechanic.

I can't seem to find the transmission sub harness online for sale. I'm going to try to make it. Can anyone please provide information on what I need?

Any tips such as connector names, wiring specifications, tools and fortwo caveats would be greatly appreciated.

PS: I'm subscribed to evilution but couldn't find info on creating the transmission sub harness.

Thanks for the reply. I got just a couple of hits for that part number. Priced at over $100, so probably on the right track but no pictures. I'd have to contact the sites. Seems to be harder to find parts after Smart got sold.

All tips welcome.
