2015 Passion hatchback. I installed a battery disconnect from Roadmaster today. When I finished I pulled it out of my shop & gave it a test fit to the motorhome. After I disconnected the tow bar I went to the car & followed the un hook steps (set park brake, turn batt. disconnect switch on, put car in park. When I tried to start it there was “nothing” it was like the batt. disconnect was off, (it wasn’t) I had dash lights, just nothing when I turned the key to start. My code reader gave a PO949 I looked online & it said something about transmission re learning. I let set for 15 mins or so and it started right up. Seems there’s a process to go through after shutting the battery off. Am I going to have to do the relearn process every time I tow it? I also have this code: C 1323

The transmission re-learn is very simple. With the transmission in park, turn the key to #1 position, step on brake pedal, slowly move the gear selector to R, then N, and D. Then slowly move the range selector to N, R, and Park. This is done with the engine off and during the procedure, you should hear some clicking to indicate that the transmission is re-learning.
