code on speedo

after sitting for several hours when i go to start my car there is a code where the mileage should be and I was wondering if anyone else has it or what it means ,the code is (-394).th

It means your car is overdue for service by 393 days. Tomorrow, it should say -394.

It's also possible the reminder was never reset after the service was completed. There are youtube videos showing how to do that.
