Well... that is generally what happens when you have a smooth, shiny surface. Pretty sure every sunroof is exactly the same. Main difference being in most cars with a typical "sunroof", if you look up, you're usually still looking at the headliner of the car.
But yea... like the others said... i still see sky, can see airplanes and birds flying overhead... and in the 453, that reflection can be practical, too. Like how if i look in the front passenger side corner of the roof of my car, I can see the reflection of the passenger side mirror, which gives me a direct line of sight down the side of the car to the pavement so i can see just how close to a curb I am parked.
