Just curious, as it is to expensive to replace a HV battery, has anyone converted or tried to convert their otherwise perfectly good bricked Smart to an IC Smart?

I suspect it would cost more in Time and money than the end result would be worth. You could probably buy a running smart of the same year for less money not considering the time and aggravation of a rebuild.

Remember, the EV has no transmission, gas tank, gas gauges, etc. (Or am I not understanding?) Converting an EV to an gas model would be senseless and nearly impossible to do well.
