Hey I hope I can get some help from the community I was trying to find covers that were missing when I purchased my 2016 453. Absolutely love my 453 but when I got it it was missing (or maybe had removed) the correct panels in two places. One is on the dash where the tachometer would go the other on the dash by the windshield defrost vent. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find replacements or OEM pieces. Please help if you’re able I’ve been searching for months!

How about part: 4538309400? No idea on the other piece.
May be you're better off getting the Tach And Clock Control Unit 4539010100 to make it "complete" (new or used, getting them while you can...)
All fails, just get a VW beetle vase (just kidding).

Was your car previously a Car 2 Go rental car? They had a locator that apparently mounted on the left side of the dash where your hole is....

Thank you everyone for your help! It was a rental it had 8000 miles on it when I got it this year I was actually able to get in touch with a smart specialist with Mercedes and they were able to find the correct trim pieces in Germany I guess they are able to have them sent to me for around 75$!! Not bad! I had heard that Mercedes was hard to deal with when it comes to smart cars but I had a great experience in Easton (Columbus Ohio) I had to get a coolant bypass valve replaced that was stuck open they were still able to do it under warranty so couldn’t be happier with how it worked out!

Please post the part # for the "coolant bypass valve" if you can. It will come in handy in the future, I am sure.

sooooo much better!! :D

I requested the part number on the valve not on the invoice from the warranty repair but I have an email out to their parts manager.

If anyone needs the part numbers for the trim pieces I have those!
