Dashboard problem

I have a 2015 fortwo 451 the batey die and I instalación a New one start ok but the dashboard frezze, any sugestiones

You might read this thread:

I replaced the 12V battery in my 2014 Smart EV 451. The car didn’t like me doing that. Anyone else had this problem?
