No and you have a lot of reading to do. J/K 
It comes with a repair kit. There is room for a spare behind the seat or in the back and there are many aftermarket covers for it if you can't have one made. Some of us talked about the "run-flat" tire and just how often do we really have a flat...yadda yadda yadda. There is a thread on this somewhere.
