Hi, there!

I just wanted to inform you about my new "ED4scan" diagnostics tool for the ED4 (453 series, electric drive). The menu system is based upon the ED_BMSdiag tool for the 451 ED, but "under the hood" it is completely rewritten to adapt to the new car. It will use the same Arduino UNO + CAN shield hardware to easily rebuild it.

Find the project at github and the documentation in the wiki. The new battery is reporting some "strange" capacity values, so have a look at my thoughts about the measurements and the real capacity.

Hope the tool is helpful for you - and maybe "team Sokoloff" will aid you in the way they did with the last project?

Great job with the new model!

I just purchased a 451 ED so I'm looking at doing the BLE module for realtime info. I had asked a couple of questions on the hackster.io site but haven't seen a response in a few weeks. Do you still visit that page? Or is there a better avenue to ask a couple of questions?
