Hello

I am living in Ireland and have a smart for two convertible Diesel.
There is only one in the country so its really difficult to get parts.
Its been off the road for the past 3 months because I am not able to get the egr cooler part for it.
Has anyone any suggestions.
Your help would be very much appreciated.

Welcome to SCoA!

Diesel smarts (both 450 and 451 versions) were never sold in the USA. Your best bet is to contact one of the UK forums if you haven't already done so. There also seem to be plenty of parts sellers online in the UK who should have what you need.

The UK forums are virtually dormant, despite the cars still being plentiful, hence me hanging round here.

Most parts easily available over here. Try www.ebay.co.uk. Postage to the Eire shouldn't be stupid for most parts, and even of it does cost a bit it's a huge improvement over not having a working Smartie.
