Had three of the four "Electric Drive" stickers on my two Smarts fall off. The fourth one I R&R'ed just to be safe. Fortunately they were all either on my garage floor or my drive way. Reattached them with trim tape. Just wanted to warn you to check them if you care about keeping them in place.

See attached.

ED (badge) fail . . .

Fortunately they were all either on my garage floor or my drive way.
Finding 3 of 4 badges in your garage or on the driveway may say something about your daily driving habits?? Take your fleet of ED's off the sidewalk . . . :burnout:

"Badges? We don't need no stinkin' badges!" but thanks for the heads up regarding this smart "feature." Seems that the black triangle & plastic oval must attract enough "heat" that the (lowest bidder) adhesive fails??

If you hand wash, make applying a little pressure to the oval part of your "maintenance" routine as they are not cheap.

The first one did come off during a wash. I noticed the second two in the driveway after blow drying the cabriolet after a wash. This fourth one was hanging on by a thread, so I tore it off and reattached it. If this is the worst issue I experience on these cars, I can live with it.

We don't drive much, but when we do, I bet about 98% of our driving is in one of the Smarts.
