I'm wondering how long I can leave a Smart ForTwo EQ (Electric) unplugged? I'm going on a trip and was thinking about leaving the car at the airport but I'm not sure how long the battery will last if I leave it unplugged. Anyone know if I could go one month?

Thanks,
Scott

Yes, the car should do fine sitting for a month as long as the temperature stays above -20C (-4F). The high voltage pack self-discharges very little, and the 12 volt battery should do fine (no different than an IC engine car) unless it is in poor condition or you leave a light on.

BTW, there is a dedicated forum here for the electric Smarts.
