On eviloution it shows the engine mount replacement as something of an
easy thing. But on a youtube video of the same thing, it showed the guy
using a I guess two by four to lever the engine up so that the rear i think
holes on the mount line up. True?

Probably just an engine with no mounts on it, and therefore an engine hoist being used. You need something to hold the engine up if there are no mounts.

I haven't seen the video, but I can help if you provide a link?

...If you are talking about the lower mount then no....you don't need a two by...
...the engine is easy to rock with just hand pressure...
...word of caution...pay attention to how the bolts are installed...which way does the bolt head goes thru...and were the long and short bolts are located

Jetfuel...strong enough...
