RockAuto has LiquiMoly in a few flavors, but watch the shipping......

The oil filter for the 451 is a Wix 57040, but the longer 51356 also fits, and when used, the oil capacity is exactly 4 quarts...

Anyone actually used the 51356? It looks like the oil ring is slightly smaller - 1-2mm, but I like the greater capacity.

what type of engine oil do i use in a Smart fortwo
I have 169,700 miles on my 2008 passion and I have always used Mobil 1 5W30. I live in Florida and most mechanics agree that the 0W20 or 0W30 is too light for this high revving engine. I also use Wix oil filters or the NAPA brand which is the same.
