Seems you have more luck this time. Just charge the cells beyobd 3,0V and all the failures would disappear. Better load the upper to 3,6V. As you already beyond 2,5V even the charging current us not a problem.

Never the less you could send the BMS for a short check to Bill. Even there is no P18051C there still could be the hw defect present which discharge your cells by this.

I must have mis remembered the min voltage to get it to activate. I manually charged it up more and success. The system will charge itself and drive now.

Yes this is the idea behind to bring it close beyond the average value, as afterwards the balancing will do the rest for you charging via OBC.
