I'm switching from a work iPhone to a personal Android phone. I've installed the EVAccess app and tried to log in, but the screens are slightly different and I mis-typed in my password a few times. Now, I can't log in from any device, neither my old iphone or ipad that used to work, nor using the Android phone.

Does anyone know off hand how I can change the password or get the account unlocked?

So not an Apple iOS ap. I downloaded cross connect but don't care for it too much.

No worries. After I started the thread, I tried again and **it works**. I'm still not sure why, other than guessing that due to too many failed attempts, my account was locked for some duration.

The android and iphone apps are slightly different. You can control notifications a little more on the iphone but when it notifies you, you can't see what threshold was reached.

Both are pretty useful for basic stuff, like seeing what the remaining SOC is. I use it most evenings just to double-check that I'll have enough juice for the following day.

When I checked the iTunes store I couldn't find an app named EVAccess. I can only find Cross Connect which is more Nav and music focused. It does have driving stats but I can't find anything to preheat the car or check it's status, which would be real nice. Do you have a link for the Apple version?
