I've looked around the forums rather thoroughly, I'm Googled until even the grand google wizards told me to take it easy, and I've contacted THREE different MB dealers which told me to contact other dealers who told me to contact the same dealers I already contacted (No joke).

I can't find out what a full set of Black panels for a 2012 451 would cost. At least nothing recent. The most recent price I could find on the forums or online was from 2012, and 5 years of inflation makes a LOT of difference.

Can anyone help me out here and point me in the right direction, or maybe even tell me what their experience has been with pricing out full panel kits? My white Smart needs to be black, and I'm becoming concerned with how hard it is to find information.

You can still find used panel sets on Craigslist time to time, saw this set on Vegas Craigslist, paint them the color you want, sell your own panels and you shouldn't be too deep in the hole.
