Hey guys,

Is there a full service manual available from Smart for the 451? I signed up for the AllDataDIY one, but it's the typical AllData crap - small pictures, horrible navigation, etc. I've got the "Introduction of the smart fortwo Model series 451" in PDF, and although super-high-level, it's well done.

Is there anything like that in a full-on, step-by-step service manual?

Thanks!

i got my workshop manual on ebay for $10. it comes with the software and like 10 dvds that you have to download to your computer. it covers all mercedes vehicles up to 2015. very extensive with all the informtion and no subscription fees. would definitely recommend.

Most of the repair cd's I have seen for the smart are pirated copies of what is on the Evilution website. They are pirated and that is just wrong in my book. Mercedes is very stingy with their repair information and that is why step-by-step repair instructions are hard to find. Even the factory manuals are tough to read (in my opinion) unless you are used to how they word things.

I wasn't aware that evilution had repair manuals on his website besides the mbstar write up. I'll have to take another look. Id have much rather went with his than eBay.

After looking more into it the only thing he mentions is that daimier ag now offers use of the software for a fee but he doesn't offer it himself. I was worried I had ripped off evilution

Kane doesn't have manuals, just his online stuff. Maybe what you have is a downloaded copy of the mb stuff. that had to have been a lot of work!

Certainly looks well worth $15/mo. Question though: I see this is a UK site, will this cover listed aspects of LHD Smarts?
NOT $15/mo but rather $15/yr.

Look at the six pictures of various models on the upper left of the page - he pretty much touches on all and L or R hand drive doesn't complicate things as it is still a smart . . .
