Hey guys,

Is there a full service manual available from Smart for the 451? I signed up for the AllDataDIY one, but it's the typical AllData crap - small pictures, horrible navigation, etc. I've got the "Introduction of the smart fortwo Model series 451" in PDF, and although super-high-level, it's well done.

Is there anything like that in a full-on, step-by-step service manual?

Thanks!

Most of the repair cd's I have seen for the smart are pirated copies of what is on the Evilution website. They are pirated and that is just wrong in my book. Mercedes is very stingy with their repair information and that is why step-by-step repair instructions are hard to find. Even the factory manuals are tough to read (in my opinion) unless you are used to how they word things.

Certainly looks well worth $15/mo. Question though: I see this is a UK site, will this cover listed aspects of LHD Smarts?
NOT $15/mo but rather $15/yr.

Look at the six pictures of various models on the upper left of the page - he pretty much touches on all and L or R hand drive doesn't complicate things as it is still a smart . . .

No. The ALLDATAdiy info is the factory info minus the diagnostic info and live links. The factory service info is in the diagnostic tool or available on-line with a subscription to www.smarttekinfo.com
why stop there, should charge for access here and every stop online, don't forget the air and breathing tax.. but seriously manual costs were just to cover the printing and binding, nowadays they go to far monetizing eeeverything...
