im looking to levitate my smart behind my rv... ive only found pictures. but now that i know it exists i need this

I wonder how much it affects the RV's handling with 1800 pounds hanging three feet off the ground that far behind the rear axle?

"little to none" was what i found on an rv website but they didnt say where they got the attachment or what brand or what it was called...

From a loading/stresses point of view, hanging off the back looks very unsafe. You would be much better with a trailer with the Smart car on it. Like this photo..........

I tow my Smart on a alluminun trailer with no problem. I would much prefer this than having it hanging on the back.

I use an Aluma MC2F meant for 2 motorcycles, but I made some mods and added brakes too. Works great. Here it is...

You might also wanna take a look at a Youtube channel called - " All About RVHaulers with Gregg ". They do this sort of thing often and have many ways to do it.
