GPS Antenna hanging by pedals

I'm trying to figure out why this GPS antenna is hanging out of the dash by my pedals. The only reason I know it's a GPS antenna is I googled the 7617400051 number.

Maybe a glue pad that was holding it failed or maybe the dealer moved it from its original location and connected something to it for repo purposes? I would like to attach it to where it belongs because don't like it hanging by my brake pedal. I've tried to push it back up in there but it falls out after a little bit. Can anyone tell me what and how it's attached to in their car?

Either the car was a previous car2go vehicle and the original nav radio was removed, or it had an aftermarket nav radio which was removed, leaving the antenna behind.....

Edit: obviously not an aftermarket radio with the smart branded antenna.....
I do not know where it was originally attached, but double sided tape with Velcro should find a new home for it somewhere under the dash.

I could just do the double sided tape and attach it to a random location under the dash but I was hoping someone would know where it was still attached on their car. :D

I don't see tape residue on it so it makes me wonder if it was attached another way and someone removed the bracket or whatever. I would hope Smart wouldn't just leave it hanging under the dash to fall down on the pedals. I'm guessing it's the GPS for the nav system. It has the factory touch screen radio and navigation system
If it still has the radio/nav system, it may be a former Car to Go unit. Is it white with silver tridion, Pure model, but with leather seats, and a few more options not normally found on the Pure?

It's a 2014 Smart Passion, silver with black tridion with cloth seats. It only had 35K miles so I suspect if it was some type of rental they didn't use it much.
Found it. If I'm in trouble, please remove after russell_314 gets it!

That looks like it's going to be fun to put back :D
Looks like you might need this instruction on how to remove the radio!
