Happy Turkey day, everyone! (One of the few holiday wishes one can still make in this politically correct age.)

Just think, next Thanksgiving we can be thankful to have had our Smarts for 8,9 or 10 months. We will have posted our road trip adventures, the car's quirks, and all of the funny comments by admirers. The after-market market will be thriving and we will have heard of the success or failure of the many mods everyone is planning. Sadly, someone will have had first hand experience of the car's durability in a collision, never mind the arbitrary crash ratings. New skins will have been bought and installed with pictures posted. We might even have had the first Smart rally(s) or at least met our fellow Smartians in our own metropolitan areas. Happily, all of our questions about delivery sequences, fall-out lists, dealers, ad nauseum will have been answered and seem like a distant memory.

Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving everyone. We certainly have a LOT to be thankful for.
