Yep, lots of people use them. Search wheel spacers on smart madness website. They have them in different sizes.
Bear in mind though that they do change your suspension geometry slightly and put more stress on different suspension parts

I have had them on my car for several years. I use Eibach wheel spacers that are TUV approved in Germany. 20mm on the front and 30mm on the rear. I also have 17"x7.5" wheels all around.. View attachment 62432 View attachment 62432
