I retro fitted 2010 Smart for two heated seats from another Smart because my mart did not come with . I can't seem to find where the green transformer installs behind the dash. Also is there an additional cable that I need to feed under the carpet to the seats? there is an additional white plug connection on the base of the seats on the underside. I assume that all of the cars have the same wiring harness as they are a very simple design. Can anyone advise.

Seat heater control unit is mounted in driver's footwell to the left side of the hvac case and above the gas pedal.
