I Finally reached 80,000 miles on my 2012 passion fortwo cabriolet. I took it into my one and only Mercedes dealership. The tried to reset the service code manually and with the scanner. Both didn't work. Now the dealership is not the brightest and reget everytime I have to take it there, so I am asking you to help. When it is drive the "D" flashes and the message reads service required. Got any ideas?

The flashing D sounds like a problem. Unfortunately it is a code stored in the transmission computer, which takes a STARR Computer to read and reset (a guess) you could try disconnecting the battery for an hour or so and see if it resets the flashing D. Otherwise it sounds like a trip to the dealer or someone with a STARR computer tied to MB.
