No not really, they are below were the frond end slopes down.......am I correct the wires are underneath about where the windshield slopes down. So, I have to get underneath and drop the lower pan for access to the horn?

I found an old junk horn in my junk that works and was wondering if the horn wires were accessible without taking the front end apart.
I was going to just splice into the horn harness.
