Routinely when (always) a new issue with the car, take it to dealer, pay them $1-200 to tell what is wrong. Dealer quotes $1-2k to fix, i reply too much to spend, take it home DIY it. recent front suspension DIY brake disc and pads and sway bar bushings. Now the strut spring bushing rotted away, "thunk" around every turn . .dealer quote $2k/1 strut. Front suspension is rusty, all around, so more issues to follow. New struts abt $100 each. Or buy the compete front end pictured $400 (+shipping). But How hard to replace the complete front suspension? Special tools, what bolts to remove/replace, torque spec . . ?

any and all thoughts, suggestions, recommendations, prayers . . appreciated. thanks.
