Found and bought 2009 Smartcar Passion Cabriolet with 20,800 miles. Just needs some TLC. Florida winter Snowbird so will be stored then the Fun times for us old retired folk. I put Stabil in and will start the TLC in fall when I return.
1. Restore plastic trim
2. Change oil and filters
3. Polish headlights
4. Install front license plate..... will read. GO FUN
