I have searched high and low and cannot find a compatible radio replacement. All of the ones I've seen only fit the analog ones, not the touchscreen which is what I have in my car. It is the factory radio and I want to upgrade it. The ones I find won't fit the housing and the bezel.

Looks like that the pictures that you show is a cars to go setup not the standard factory setup, show those pictures to the folks at smartmadness to see if what you have is adaptable to their T-2 radio. You may be able to find a good radio installation shop to do the conversion. I installed the T-2 radio in my 2016 453 myself and your wiring setup is totally different from the standard factory setup because yours looks to be a cars to go setup. Good luck and keep us posted. I recently put in a cheap one off of Amazon, but it was for basic unit replacement only. I have seen some out there that will replace the JBL units, but as others have said, you may have a ex-car-to-go with unique wiring that could take something rather custom. You can get that tomtom working with android auto and just plug in your phone as an option.
I took the radio to a car stereo dealer yesterday. They have NOTHING in their computer system for this car. They said there is nothing they can do to even modify what I have to fit.

I can tell by looking at the back of the radio that it will not fit the housing of my stereo.

Yes, there is no big brand replacement kit for our cars offered in the US. Can get Alpine and Pioneer in Europe. The Android auto eBay units replace the basic stereo and use the same housing. Let me ask you a question. Do you care if steering wheel controls work and do you have a backup camera? Easiest option will be a generic unit that you splice in, but it won't interfere with your car systems.

Does this guy help?

Also, anything useful in this thread?
