We've had a few threads talking about or asking about what happens to the charge if the car isn't used for awhile. I was going to be away from home for a week, so I figured I'd see if the charge on mine would be affected. Both cars sat in a garage for a week. Temps probably never dropped below 50. One started out at 100%. The other started out at 50%. Upon my return there was no change and no drop in the charge. I was happy to see that.

Slight update - when I posted the above post, I just turned the car on and looked at the gauge. Then when I actually drove the car, the gauge looked like it was at about 98%. So it may have lost a couple of per cent while sitting idle for a week. In any case I am happy with the results.

That has been my experience too - including the minor drop in the indicated SOC if it was charged to 100%. What happened to the one at 50%?

Pretty much the same thing, down a per cent or two.
