Still trying to find a healthy surrogate body to put a good engine from grandaughters wrecked smart into. Does anybody know anything about the eRepairables auction outfit? They have a few smarts with comparatively minor panel damage that seem very reasonable. You never see what any of these cars actually sell for. I'm wondering if it's like ebay and someone always beats you with a last split-second bid?

I would not buy a car from any auction that I could not physically lay hands on the car.
