i need a new inner tie rod for a 08 with power steering i have already bought 2 and they were both wrong where can i buy the correct part from?

Could it be the inner rod is not available unless you buy the steering rack? If so then for $370 you have to buy the whole kitten-caboodle . Make little sense.
