Hi. I have a late 2015 Smart 453 0.9 Prime and it did not come with steering paddle shifters. Is there any way to install steering wheel shift paddles?

No. they were deleted to make room for other options.

I believe the non-paddle version has a different design than the paddle version in the back, if you really want it, I believe you can get a paddle version steering wheel and replace your current one.
