So with both of my key fobs they do not open the window hatch. They both lock/unlock and start the car just fine but neither with open the rear hatch. 🤔 am I doing something wrong? Is there a trick to it? 🤷🏻‍♀️

On my 2014 coupe pressing and holding down the third button pops the rear open. On my 2014 cabriolet clicking the door lock/unlock button a few times pops it open.

Press the button, hold down and count 'onethousand one, onethousand two, onethousand three, onthousand four'.
The 453 rear window popping takes that long for some reason.

Ah ha!! This works! I didn’t know you had to press and hold the button! I thought you just press it once like the lock/unlock. Thanks guys! 😊

It's a Mercedes-Benz thing - key fobs work the same way on the big M-B cars.
