Well I went to Ace and checked to see about a new programmed key. Guess wut they make our keys but they don't program them !!!

I'm not Surprised.
Same here in Las Vegas Ace can't program them either.
Evidently you have to use the Ace near Kansas City.

Some......locksmiths can and will do the cutting, programming and warranty it to work provided you buy the key fob from them.
Most Will Not warranty a key not bought from them.
They tend to be few and far between.

Thy ace here said if I have my key that's not working they can only make same key which means it won't work either

Unfortunately that's all Ace can do.
