Well I went to Ace and checked to see about a new programmed key. Guess wut they make our keys but they don't program them !!!

I'm not Surprised.
Same here in Las Vegas Ace can't program them either.
Evidently you have to use the Ace near Kansas City.

I was told they had to be done a MB/Smart Dealer with there software.

Thy ace here said if I have my key that's not working they can only make same key which means it won't work either

Unfortunately that's all Ace can do.
