Hello all!

So I decided I would pop in my new service flap locking mechanism. You know the 4 plastic parts that hold the flap down? Anyway, I stopped after 30 seconds, because it looks like I have to take the front cover off to install these. Can anyone confirm?

Any vids on how to install new locking tabs?

Thanks in advance.

It is posssible to remove the front grill and replace the latches You would have to use a butter knife to release the clips and pull the front grill out.

once the grill is out, you can replace the hood latches. Found this after I removed the front end to replace latches on a car.

Ok, I'll try it this Weekend. If I get someone to hold the camera I will make a vid of the clip install to possible help others. It doesn't seem to be a vid around. Thank you.
